Welcome to Dupattastic! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

All products purchased from us can be exchanged subject to following conditions.

  • In the event of a Sale/Special Offer; items purchased will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Customers can exchange their products within 3 days of the order delivery and product pick-up request needs to be confirmed by the client.
  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To schedule an exchange: you can email us at contact@dupattastic.com or direct message (DM) us on Instagram or Whatsapp us along with your order and exchange details.
  • Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
  • The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes. In case reverse pick-up facility is not available at your pin code; please share the receipt of the courier and we will reimburse the courier charges upto a maximum of INR 200.
  • Exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted for exchange, shipping & handling. The balance amount will be available for your next purchase. (Eg. If the product was purchased for INR 3,250 and you wish to exchange it with another product; an exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted and the balance amount of INR 3,000 will be available for your purchase with us.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range. In case you select an item for lesser value than your exchange balance; we will keep the remaining balance as credit with us for your next purchase.
  • For an order; only one exchange is allowed. Items once already exchanged are not eligible for exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We only offer returns for products delivered to you with manufacturing defects.
  • Since most of our products are handmade; human imperfections while making the handcrafted products do not fall under manufacturing defects.
  • Full refund will be provided for all products with manufacturing defects. You can highlight the defect and ask for a refund within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To raise a refund request, please drop us an email [email protected] . Along with your order and return details.
  • Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Cancellations Policy

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at [email protected].
Our customer care representatives will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

The aforementioned policy is applicable to all Sales channel, included but not limited to sale transaction done via Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Website, SMS etc.

How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. You can also add multiple products to your cart.
  • ‘Shopping cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  • Once the Shopping cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my order?

Products will get delivered in 5-7 days, from the date of dispatch. We dispatch within 2days of order placement.

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

We’ll send an email and SMS/Email with your order information to confirm. You can sit back, relax and wait for your very own product to arrive.

I paid online for my order. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

  • If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your account.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over Email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What is the delivery time period?

7-10working days, across India and 10-15 working days around the globe (depending on custom clearances).

What happens when the delivery guy messes up?

We offer FREE Shipping across India on all pre-paid orders.
