Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Delivery time

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Within India, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. We will not be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. In case of dispatch delays, we shall keep you duly informed via email.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. In case the client provides incorrect address and incorrect shipping details and the parcel is returned; the goods will be shipped back once the courier charges for the return and re-shipping, are paid by the client. International Shipping

      • Time: Delivery within 15 to 20 working days from the date of dispatch.

      • We charge a flat rate of INR 2,500 irrespective of order value or parcel volume/weight or country.

      • Courier Partner: All leading international courier depending on coverage.

      • Due to the nature of international shipping, it may occasionally happen that clients may have to bear import duties or VAT charges levied by the Import authorities of country of Import, once the product reaches the destination country. These duties are levied at the discretion of the Importing country’s authorities and are unpredictable. In all such cases, the client has to bear the import duty charges, as applicable.

      • In all such cases where client refuses to pay the import duty and the parcel is returned due to non-payment of duty or other reasons, the goods will be shipped back once the courier charges for the return and re-shipping and import duties incurred, are paid by the client.

      • In case the client provides incorrect address and incorrect shipping details and the parcel is returned; the goods will be shipped back once the courier charges for the return and re-shipping and import duties incurred, are paid by the client.

      • The shipping policy applicable on the date of dispatch will apply, irrespective of the purchase date of the article.

    The aforementioned policy is applicable to all Sales channel, included but not limited to sale transaction done via Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Website, SMS etc.
